The desert strips everything away, including noise. I had retuned the dampers the night before. Adjusted rebound, softened preload just enough to smooth high-speed compression. It felt tighter, more honest.
No signal out there. Just the engine, the tires, and the road. Fascinating how a system behaves without interference tells you more than a dashboard ever could.
Most people think rest is stepping away from complexity. For me, it's just applying the same mindset to something analog. Cars, code, campaigns. It's all systems.
